RESUMEN

The BTeV program at the Fermilab collider will make precision measurements of CP violation, mixing and rare decays in the charm and bottom systems. The aim is to observe and investigate ``New Physics'' phenomena, beyond the Standard Model. I will discuss the physics objectives, the detector and the reach of the experiment.
